Not a company with an about page written by a copywriter. Just the actual answer to who makes this and why.
Every social media manager I spoke to described the same evening. The month ends, you log into four different dashboards, export four different CSVs that name the same metric four different ways, and then rebuild the same deck you built last month. It takes hours, the client reads it in two minutes, and none of it is billable.
The tools that promise to fix this mostly connect to the platforms directly through their APIs. That sounds better until a token expires, a client revokes access, or a platform changes its permissions and the report is empty the morning it is due.
Poststeady takes the opposite bet. You already know how to export a CSV. That export never breaks, never needs your client to approve anything, and never asks for access to an account you do not own. So the product starts there: upload the file, and it handles the part that actually costs you the evening — matching the columns, doing the maths, and writing the first draft of the commentary.
Nothing here is automatic. You download the exports yourself, every month. That is a real cost and it is worth saying plainly rather than hiding it behind the word seamless. What you get for it is a report that cannot silently break between the month ending and the call starting.
Poststeady is new. There are no customer logos on the site, no testimonials, and no “trusted by 5,000 marketers” line, because none of that would be true yet. The site shows the product instead. When there are real numbers worth quoting, they will go up.
A reporting tool that turns the analytics CSVs you already export into a branded, three-page client report.
Freelance social media managers and small studios who send the same report every month and would rather not rebuild it in Slides.
One person — Aditya Singh. No team page, because there is no team yet. Emails about bugs reach the person who wrote the bug.
If something is broken, or the mapper does not recognise an export you use, tell me and it usually gets fixed. The fastest route is @AskMeAdi on X or LinkedIn.
