Poststeady is a client reporting tool. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Your account email and password (handled by our authentication provider), the client and CSV data you upload to generate reports, and basic product usage events so we can see what is and isn't working.
To run the product: storing your clients, processing the CSVs you upload, generating PDF reports, and billing your subscription. If you use AI-generated summaries, the visible metrics for that report are sent to our AI provider to write the summary text. We don't sell your data.
We rely on a database and authentication provider to store your account and data, a payment processor to handle subscriptions, an AI provider for report summaries, and basic analytics and error-tracking tools to keep the product running. Each only receives the data needed to do its job.
You can delete a client, a report, or your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems.
